Project Overview

A scaffold had to be placed at the entry to allow materials and people to access the job as there was a large drop straight off the road. Large steel members had to be craned in as the dwellings were counter levered. This make for some very interesting predicaments. Trying to weld and cut steel in the middle of space was a learning curve. A crane had to lower the pieces at the correct angle while riggers, carpenters and the welder fixed it in place.
